BINARY OPTIONS TRADING PLATEFORMG
17. BINARY OPTIONS TRADING PLATEFORM
17.1. The trading platform supplied by the Company enables binary options trading in different currencies rates, commodities, and other financial instruments made available by the Stock Exchange Company. The trading platform displays the reference exchange rates of different financial instruments pairs, based on different financial information systems, as well as the most current exchange rates on the international stock exchange capital markets. To determine the price quotations for different periods, the platform carries out mathematical calculations according to capital markets known and recognized formulas. It is understood by both parties that due to different calculation methods and other circumstances, the platform may display different market price quotes.
17.2. The Client will receive a predetermined payout if the binary option transaction expires in the money, and it will lose a predetermined amount of its investment in the transaction if the option expires out-of –the-money. The predetermined amounts are derived from the collateral invested in the transaction by the Client, and will be published in the trading platform. The extent to which the option is in the money or out-of-the-money does not matter as it does with traditional options.
17.3. The Company cannot guarantee that trading account transactions are available at all times.
17.4. The Company has the right, but is not obligated, to place, at its sole discretion, limits and / or parameters to control the Client's ability to place orders or restrict the conditions under which a transaction can be made. These limits and/or parameters can be modified, increased, decreased, removed or added by the Company, and may include (without limitation) controls over maximum amounts, control over prices at which orders may be submitted, and control over electronic services provided by the Company to the Client. The Company may also impose a limit on the number of open transactions carried out by the Client.
17.5. The Company has the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel any transaction that was carried out, due or in connection with an error, system failure, and client breach of the Agreement etc. The Company’s records will serve as decisive evidence for correct quotations on global capital markets and bad quotes given the Client. The Company has the right to correct or cancel any transaction by basing itself on correct quotations.
17.6. Reporting to the Client: The client can see the history of its open positions at any time by going to its trading account on the Company platform and see all orders placed. No printed reports are sent.
17.7. To benefit from all relevant information on site operations, we ask you to make sure you have read our terms and conditions of use carefully before you launch binary options investments. As a Market Maker, when using multipliers, Dash-Board or any other tools, Group-Investment reserves the right to take a spread, that is to say, to change the entry rate in the market by issue of equity. Trading rates attributed to assets traded on our website are the only rates at which Group-Investment sells binary options to its clients. As such, they may not directly correspond to actual market levels when options selling takes place.
17.8. TBinary Options are derivative financial instruments, where the price is derived from the price of the underlying asset or the contract referred to by Group-Investment (for currencies, commodities, indices, stocks, etc.). Derivative financial instruments and related markets may be highly volatile. Market prices and that of underlying instruments may fluctuate rapidly and significantly, reflecting unanticipated events or changes in circumstances uncontrollable by the Client or by Group-Investment.
17.9. Prices or information listed on Group-Investment can vary and change according to market conditions. When you invest in a Binary Option denominated in a currency other than of the state in which you reside, the return can increase or decrease due to currency fluctuations.
